PAULINA’S CLASS…

Gentle Floorwork Unlocking

Steeped in the Laban work of Deborah Riley, Trager technique, gentle Klein technique and Iyengar yoga, this class is an over-40 friendly (all are welcome!) one hour class that will focus on doing a slow and luscious floor warm-up and ending with some light standing movement. This is for all folks who are coming back from an injury, or just coming back to dance, or just looking for a mellow, relaxing guided movement experience. All movers are welcome, especially actors, curious martial artists, contact-improv/acro-yoga folks looking to just chill, and stressed out moms. Come get loose.
