Paulina Guerrero has been merging somatics, folklore, and liberation theories for a good, long, while. She has danced professionally for Deborah Riley Dance Projects in Washington D.C. and Beth Soll and Company and Michelle Handelman in New York City. She has choreographed for dance and theater companies throughout the East Coast and Midwest and loves working with movers from highly varied backgrounds and levels. She is a 2000 BFA graduate of the Dance and Choreography Department at Virginia Commonwealth University and is also a current Assistant Professor in the Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies Department at VCU. She has collaborated with beloved experimental artists like Rory Willats and codec.kate among many others.
